To request a repair, complete the form on the product page and instructions will immediately be emailed to you. You will be contacted after we receive your console. After form submission, please print a copy of the request emailed to you and enclose it with your defective unit to ensure accurate owner identification.
Do you offer any warranties?
All of your services come with a free 90 Day Labor warranty. You have the option to extend your warranty length. Lengths and pricing will vary depending on the console type. You may also extend your warranty any time during your existing warranty.
How do I get started?
Complete the repair request. You will then receive an email with shipping instructions. Send in your CAREFULLY packaged item. After payment is received, we will then begin to get your machine back in order.
What if my unit is beyond the point of repair?
We will return your unit free of charge or you could qualify for a discounted rate on a warranty replacement console.
Will my unit lose data or saved games?
