Payment
We accept all major credit cards and Google Checkout. After your payment has been received we will ship your unit back within 24 hours. (excluding weekends and holidays)
Shipping
To Us: You can use any carrier you would like, but we recommend you use UPS, FedEx or USPS and package your console properly. We are not responsible for any damage done during shipping to us.
From Us: We will ship your console back via UPS with Insurance. Standard Ground (expedited shipping available upon request, charges may apply)
Warranty
GameBoxFix offers a free 90 day warranty on all labor. Extended warranties are available for your console. Extend Warranties include parts and labor. ( for same repair only )
You are responsible to ship your console to us. We will pay for return shipping.
Warranties are void if warranty sticker and/or serial sticker have been tampered with.
Legal
GameBoxFix has no affiliation with the manufacturer of your console, nor do we represent them or supported by them in any way. GameBoxFix is an independent service provider
Abandoned Items
We will hold you console/items for 15 days after the repair date in order to finalize your order. If after 15 days you have contacted us to finalize your order a $10.00 per week charge will be issued to your order.
